To ponder and meditate on: Behold the bridegroom comes in the middle of the night. Blessed is the servant, whom He shall find watching. But unworthy is he whom He shall find slothful. Beware then O my soul, and be not overcome by sleep. For fear that you’ll be given over unto death, and shut out from the Kingdom. But raise yourself and cry, Holy, holy, holy, are you O God. Through the intercessions of the Theotokos, have mercy on us.
